• You may not use ReflexX for spam, harassment, abuse, automated raids, or any illegal activity.
• The bot may log guild IDs, user IDs, and command activity (including moderation and security events) strictly for functionality, logging, and security.
• Any attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or abuse the bot and dashboard services is prohibited.

2. Website & Dashboard

• Visiting our website may result in temporary logging of IP address, browser details, and pages visited for security and analytics.
• We do not request or store Discord account passwords or other sensitive personal information.
• Access to dashboard features and commands may be rate-limited or restricted if usage exceeds fair limits or impacts service stability.

3. Premium Features

• Premium features, if offered, are provided as-is and may require active subscription or one-time purchase.
• Refunds may be denied in cases of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
• We reserve the right to revoke premium access if abuse or policy violations occur.

4. Termination
